Hello and welcome to Lavender Blue Holistic Therapies.

I'm Rosie Phillips MAR IIHHT and I am an experienced, fully qualified Holistic Therapist offering reflexology, aromatherapy and other complementary therapies from my practice in Carmarthen, near Llanelli. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists which enables me to continue my professional development ensuring that I give my clients the best possible treatment and advice at all times.

I am fully insured and as a therapist I am bound by a code of Professionalism and Ethics. Confidentiality and client care are always of the utmost importance.

I feel that it is very important to keep my skills up to date and attend post graduate courses on a regular basis. My training and experience enables me to treat each client as an individual and prepare a seperate treatment plan to suit their own particular needs and requiremnets.

I truly adore my work and meeting the wide range of people that I work with daily.

Holistic therapies are non invasive and are used alongside orthodox treatments to assist the body to heal itself. The body can become out of balance due to stress, pain or illness and often requires a helping hand to return to former health and vitality. A Holistic therapist, however, never claims to cure or diagnose any illness.

Holistic therapies (treating the whole person, not just their condition) can help to prevent illness, promote health and induce deep relaxation and are generally suitable for babies, infants, children and adults.

I am experienced at treating conditions such as stress, back pain, hormonal imbalnces, menstrual disorders, digestive disorders and general aches and pains etc.


My practice is based in Carmarthen Town which is easily accessible from Whitland, St Clears, Cynwyl Elfed, Llandeilo, Llanelli and Ferryside.
